Remarkably, we have a good working relationship with the disparate interests of the University Accommodation Offices, the students themselves, the Council and a variety of private landlords.
For the student there is no deposit or registration fee, simply a £100 non-refundable admin fee. For the landlord, there is an all inclusive 12% fee (including tenant finding, contracts and rent collection).
Our experienced workmen are always available to deal with the inevitable maintenance problems.
